Sweet Mountain Dreams located near beautiful Lake Glenvillle has 2 living areas with 2 full kitchens, lots of windows to let in the natural light and beautiful soaring wood ceilings. Floor to ceiling windows and French doors open up to the spacious deck where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the cool mountain breeze. The main level also includes a wood burning, stone fireplace, and one bedroom with a Queen bed. The spacious upper level ensuite bedroom has a King bed and a beautiful bright private bathroom. The lower level is equipped with a full kitchen, renovated bathroom, living area and gas burning fireplace with its own deck. The bedroom on this floor includes bunks with 3 Twins. Just a 2 minute drive down Pine Creek Rd is The Pines Recreation Area on beautiful Lake Glenville and includes a swim beach, pier, picnic tables, toilets, informational signage and more. The amenities are fully handicap accessible. The site also features a life jacket loaner board which allows visitors to check out a life jacket at no charge.

*You are currently on the 3 Bedroom Option. For our 2 bedroom option please see the Sweet Mountain Dreams 2 Bedroom listing. It offers only the Main and upper Loft Levels at a reduced rate, and the lower level stays locked off. Individual Levels are never rented to two separate parties.*.

[All of the homes managed by Cashiers Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

The house was tastefully decorated. Open space living area, great basement to hangout in and play games with the family. Nice deck, hard to see the lake due to all the trees but I imagine it's quite breathtaking in the fall and winter. Management company was great! Very responsive to all our questions.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this home. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfy. We spent most of our time on the back deck, which was very private and nestled in the trees. We had a view of the lake but did not have direct access, but we were mostly there for the lower temperature (low to mid-seventies) and the peace and quiet. It was our first time staying in the area, and we plan to go back. We loved Happ's Place, a restaurant close by. Highlands Vacation Rentals were great - always very responsive and instructions were clear

Spectacular Mountain Home

This house is absolutely beautiful and you are surrounded by mountains, a pristine lake, and beautiful tall magnificent trees. This home is three stories and has a space for both adults and kids. When you walk into the home, you are met with two stories of absolutely beautiful windows bringing in the full view outside into this beautiful home. The kitchen, dinning room, and living room are a modern open concept and the dinning room easily sits 12 for great family dinners. I loved that there was a gas range and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to create memorable family dinners. The deck outside was great and used often. The beds were the most comfortable sleep I have ever had in any rental home or hotel. Trust me, Seriously comfortable! The master bathroom was beautiful and modern and had an amazing free standing tub which I took full advantage of after a day of hiking and exploring the area. Each level of this home had its own bedroom which allowed for privacy even with my large family. The downstairs was a fun hang out spot, with a popcorn machine, plenty movies and games, and ping pong. You could not ask for a better location of this home! You are only 10 minutes from Cashiers and from the local grocery store as well as local restaurants (you have to try the restaurant Happs, amazing food and atmosphere). This home is literally a 2 minute walk from the public dock which had amazing sunsets, what an incredible view. And the lake!!!! We rented a boat while we stayed at this beautiful home and had the absolute best day of fun, laughter, swimming and sun! The Marina is just minutes away and you can rent boats and kayaks. There is also a hike that is just a few minutes drive where the end of the hike is a beautiful waterfall! There are some many more activities close by including white water rafting, tubing, and a lazy river which we enjoyed on our last day of the vacation. I will definitely be staying at this amazing home again!
