This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home inside the gated community of Highlands Falls Country club splits its living space almost evenly between indoors & outdoors, all while overlooking the Fairway in its private mountain setting. Vaulted ceilings paired with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home provide plenty of open, natural light even in the cooler months.
Lavishly decorated with ornate and vintage furniture, this home opens into a large family room with a stacked stone fireplace as the centerpiece. A cozy kitchen & breakfast bar sit just to the side of the formal dining room, which also provides access to the convertible sunroom/screen porch beyond.
The expansive rear sunroom features an even bigger stacked stone fireplace and plenty of room for outdoor lounging! It has sliding "windows" that convert the space from a sunroom to a covered porch for those warm & sunny days when you still want to feel the mountain breeze.
