Walk to town from this wonderfully updated tiny home 3 blocks from Main Street. This quaint little home makes the most of the given space and is complete with laundry, a small kitchen, and a screened-in porch.
Kitchen includes sink, microwave, electric stovetop, dishwasher, and a full size fridge (*note: no oven). Located just a short walk from Main Street, where you can enjoy the many delightful shops and restaurants that Downtown Highlands has to offer. This property is great for a couple's getaway weekend!

*This is an animal-free property.*

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

This place was much better than listed. The location was less than a half mile to town. It was close to Highlands Botanical Gardens which is beautiful. The size was perfect for two, the screened in porch was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. And the cottage community felt safe, other lovely cottages but private. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing property. Close to all amenities, but far enough to feel that you were not crowded. Very cozy and spacious for 2. Highly recommend renting if you come to the Highlands. Property managers were fantastic. We will be back.

Our first experience in a tiny house, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the chance to meet the owner and she is wonderful, full of knowledge about the area and answered all our questions, even came back the next day with new batteries for t v remote. We would definitely rent the Owls Den again.

We loved the serenity of the breeze blowing thru the trees while sitting on the screened porch. We sat there for many hours. Very quiet neighborhood. No traffic noise. Highlands is our favorite Southern small town. Lots of cultural events and good food.

Perfection! Absolutely adorable and clean. I truly didnt want to leave. I would highly recommend this perfect place to stay. The location is perfect. A hidden gem in the woods however you can walk the beautiful walk to town Im 5 minutes.Very helpful and friendly!

Loved it!!! Ive already recommended it. Its the perfect location to all things Highlands and the Den has everything a couple needs for a nice, relaxing getaway.Caitlyn was so nice - as were the other members of your team. Our hotel canceled on us at the last minute! I called and Highlands Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to accommodate us in their very last available rental! Great communication and very responsive.
