Very quiet and cozy

Loved the house and community. And got to see 4 bears!

Great place to stay and close to downtown. Disappointed there was no oven and that it wasn’t notated in the description. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay at the Owl's Den. It had all we needed for our stay and provided easy access to Main Street--as well as a short drive to several trail heads for hiking.

Very accommodating - Wife and I got into town around midnight and they made checkin very smooth. Airbnb was well kept, up to expectations. Town is lovely and hikes are beautiful.

This place was much better than listed. The location was less than a half mile to town. It was close to Highlands Botanical Gardens which is beautiful. The size was perfect for two, the screened in porch was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. And the cottage community felt safe, other lovely cottages but private. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing property. Close to all amenities, but far enough to feel that you were not crowded. Very cozy and spacious for 2. Highly recommend renting if you come to the Highlands. Property managers were fantastic. We will be back.

Our first experience in a tiny house, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the chance to meet the owner and she is wonderful, full of knowledge about the area and answered all our questions, even came back the next day with new batteries for t v remote. We would definitely rent the Owls Den again.

 We loved the serenity of the breeze blowing thru the trees while sitting on the screened porch. We sat there for many hours. Very quiet neighborhood. No traffic noise. Highlands is our favorite Southern small town. Lots of cultural events and good food.

This is a lovely home and close to town. Will definitely stay again. Wonderful stay!

I desperately needed a break and booked this sweet little place not knowing anything about the Highlands. It was perfection!
