Beautiful home. Very well equipped. Everything you would want or expect. Second time renting and we will be back

 We loved the house, the size, and the location. The neighbors are all friendly. The house was fully stocked so we wanted for nothing which made out stay that much better.

Lovely house, great open plan for enjoying being together.. close to town in a very quiet neighborhood. Upscale appliances and easy gas logs fireplaces in living area and on porch. If you plan on cooking and dinning need napkins, place mats etc. otherwise well equipped.

Very nice home which met our needs as all one level!

Great location for relaxing and exploring

Traveled here over March break 2021 and just had the most wonderful stay. The house itself is lovely and well laid out. Everything was thought of down to coffee & granola bars and info on nearby spots. The neighborhood is quiet but so convenient for getting into town. We met the loveliest neighbors too who showed me a running route into a nearby golf course that was just so nice! Would stay here again (and very much hope to) in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic house!!! It felt just like we were in our own home. Could not have been a better property and experience.Everything runs very smoothly when working with HVR. We have never encountered a problem that was not immediately fixed.

We enjoyed the Mount Lori Hillside Retreat home as well as the surrounding property.The team at Highlands Vacation Rentals is very responsive and helpful in the process of making the reservation and once we were at the property. We have rented from them for the past 2 summers.

Excellent. We absolutely loved the Mt. Lori house! It was very warm and charming with an updated, well stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces with two fireplaces. The open floor plan was great, and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The location was very convenient (5 mins) to town.Wonderful! The HVR team was very responsive and easy to get in touch with, as well as incredibly accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Nice house, very close to downtown Highlands. Well decorated, well furnished and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the screened in porch with great fireplace. Kitchen and eating areas all very well stocked and comfortable. Would stay again

Mt lori is a beautiful home with plenty of space! We had the best time last week staying in this beautiful home! From check in to check out everything went very smoothly. The home is located very close to downtown and easy access to other towns such as cashiers. We had firewood delivered for the outside fire place and had the twin beds made into a king and it made sleeping arrangements just perfect- everything was top notch and all needed items provided. 

We even had guests over to watch the Alabama game on Saturday and we didnt feel over packed or anything! What a fun beautiful home we will most definitely be back!Kendall and David were top notch at answering all our questions and concerns! They were great about last minute requests such as firewood delivery! We will 100% stay at this property again- it was so close to dry falls and other trails and had trails in the area. if you are looking to stay in highlands this home is great and affordable!

This property was very close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the outdoor wood burning fireplace on cold evenings and loved making s’mores. The highlands realty team were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the highlands area.
