Lake Sequoyah Cottage

Fantastic Airbnb! Great location, super clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Overall, We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, the home was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Great house right on the lake. Quick (4 min) drive to town. The hot tub was big, clean and worked well. Our rental was for three couples and it worked out well. There are 2.5 baths total. Then upstairs queen bedroom has an attached 1/2 bath. The first full bathroom is in the hall across from the downstairs queen bedroom (interestingly, that bedroom also has a bathroom sink in it). The second full bath is right off the kitchen (so that one has the least amount of privacy). The king bedroom does not have an attached bath or sink, but the view is great and the bed is very comfortable. We'd stay a this property again.

 Excellent customer service and communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location and proximity to downtown Highlands was great. The view of the lake is amazing. The cabin definitely has a rustic feel but was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and being able to bring our dogs along.

We enjoyed the property and the town. Went out for most meals and enjoyed all of them. The private guided tour of the waterfalls and area is a must!

The cottage is just charming with so much room! From the deck, the sunroom, sitting in the living room watching the birds or sitting outside in one of the sitting areas, everything was perfect! Very well maintained and close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great, well be back, We loved it, great house. View was wonderful. House was the best stocked one Ive ever rented, it was like being in your own home. Location excellent also. Very clean on arrival.Folks were very responsive and easy to deal with.

We stayed at this fun cottage on Lake Sequoyah to celebrate a couple birthdays (mom and wife). We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, relaxing on the hammock, and just hanging out on the back deck and feeding the birds. Proximity to downtown shopping and dining was excellent. Traffic noise was a little louder than expected (the house is not far from highway 64), but overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again!

This was the perfect, private get-a-way for our first trip away from home during Covid. This was a perfect, tranquil property for our family. My 6 and 7 year old granddaughters loved the lake especially the canoe and fishing. The hot tub was their private swimming pool. The location is close to town and numerous waterfalls.The team was extremely helpful when the heat went out on the first night we were there when it was going to be in the 20's. Within an hour they came with space heaters for every room although my son was able to find the furnace and reset it which got it working.

Our favorite house in Highlands. We have stayed in this wonderful cottage 4 times since the current owners purchased the property in 2014 and have enjoyed our stays each time. They have upgraded the home during that time, making it a more enjoyable place to stay. We would like to return in future years.

The property is very nice. I enjoyed the canoe and swimming in the lake. You must be careful entering the highway from the driveway.
