With a screened porch, exposed beams, pine ceilings and floors, you’ll feel like you’re outdoors while enjoying the peaceful setting of the cottage. Located in a quiet community on the plateau, the town of Highlands has small-town charm with big personality. Tiny home features include: air conditioner / heater, ceiling fans, screened porch, kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer), barbeque for outdoor grilling, and dedicated parking for 1 car. Carolina Cozy is an easy 8-10 minute walk (0.4 miles) to Main Street Highlands. It has one queen-sized bed and one bathroom. Previous guests have given great ratings regarding location, character, quiet setting, cleanliness, and walkability.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
